Uniqueness
Each item of Thrown In Stone pottery is handmade and unique. We take great care to ensue our photographs show a true and accurate representation of the product, however there may be slight variations from the photographs. As each item is individually made there many be slight variations in size, colour shape and finish even on matching items or items in a set. We endeavour to show photographs of the actual items but this is not always possible. Should you require any further information you may contact us for advice and assistance.
Payment
Payment for goods and services shall be processed through PayPal, credit or debit card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with the company in advance. Payment should be made at the point of purchase. Any order must be paid for in full before dispatch. All payments should be made in Great British pounds (GBP – British Pound Sterling).
Shipping and Delivery
Postage, Packaging and Shipping
Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, this is not guaranteed.
Packages are insured up to the value of the product and may require a signature upon delivery. Carriage is usually facilitated by, but not limited to: UK via Royal Mail Signed for 1st class and international via Royal Mail Air Mail. We reserved the right to choose any carrier.
Tracking may not be possible on all orders, where available we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number.
All import tax, duty and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer for international (non-uk) orders.
Postage will be calculated in your shopping basket. As each item is handmade there may be slight variations in the postage costs, if we charge you too much we will automatically refund the overpaid amount (less our packaging materials cost of £1.20) to your original payment source.
If we under charge your postage we have the right to cancel your order pending extra postage fees paid by the customer.
Packages are not considered lost in transit until 30 days after dispatch for uk deliveries and 40 days for international. (This excludes items sent using economy services).
Damage in transit
All items will be securely packaged prior to shipping to ensure your order arrives safely. Breakages in shipping are rare however procedures are in place to deal with these situations should they arise. You must make note of any visual damage to the packaging on the courier’s receipt/screen. All damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. All packaging and items must be kept and returned upon request. Sometimes we may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged products and packaging to facilitate courier claims and to understand what happened and how we can avoid such an occurrence in the future.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not totally happy with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days for a full refund. Returned items must be unused and include all packaging material. Please contact us if you’d like to return an item. Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Law
This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The Customer and Thrown In Stone Limited both agree that a court may strike out or override any part of these terms and conditions if it considers them to be illegal, unenforceable or unfair and in such cases enforce only the terms and conditions as if the offending clause or clauses had never been contained within them.
